After looking on the internet about different youth subcultures there is or has been in the world i have come across two that i don't know which one to pick
Hippies- I would like to do hippies because there is a lot of history on hippies and there will be a lot i could do on them, also they are still around to day so i could email a group/person and find out about their life and how they are living in these days, if they have any troubles being a hippie, what clothes do they were and if they are still the Hippies we know them to be. For designs i think i they could be very effective, lots of colours, different dance moves, cars, clothes and also their signs they have. But the problem about doing hippies i feel that it is too mainstream and it’s too predictive for someone to research and do a cover about them.
Greaser - When i was looking on the internet i came across this group and thought this could be interesting, we all know what the movie grease and all the style they wear, cars they have and what music they listen to, but we also know how they was living their life style and what was important to them. But because the group and style wasn’t around for long, and also looking on the internet there isn’t much to research about this group and I’m feeling this could lack my research and bring down my grade, saying that i am still going to research about them both and see what one would be more effective to do for my magazine cover.
